Dr. Amel Abdalkreem is a pediatrician with over 12 years of experience in Pediatrics and Neonatology. She is a graduate of the University of Khartoum, School of Medicine, and completed the MRCPCH in the United Kingdom in 2007, followed by postgraduate training in Pediatrics. She completed fellowship training at the University of Calgary in Neonatal–Perinatal Medicine, with additional focus on complex pediatric and neonatal care, and completed the CanREACH Mental Health Fellowship.
She has practiced as a resident, specialist, and consultant in high-acuity tertiary care centers, managing a broad spectrum of pediatric and neonatal conditions across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Dr. Abdalkreem also holds a Certificate in Clinical Research from the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University. Her clinical interests include community pediatrics, complex care, pediatric mental health, and evidence-based clinical practice.
