Dr. Pakdel is a Calgary-based radiologist offering comprehensive diagnostic expertise across the full spectrum of radiological imaging modalities and specialties. He also brings sub-specialization in musculoskeletal imaging and advanced interventional pain procedures.

He earned his engineering degree at the University of British Columbia followed by a PhD in biomedical engineering at the University of Toronto, where his research explored various image-guided orthopedic treatments. Dr. Pakdel then completed medical school at the University of British Columbia, followed by his residency in general diagnostic radiology and subspecialized musculoskeletal fellowship training at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Pakdel is guided by a patient-centered philosophy and a "full-picture" approach to interpreting complex image findings to address clinical questions. His daily practice encompasses all radiological modalities in emergency, out-patient, as well as in-patient settings.
