Dr. Wiebe is a radiation oncologist with expertise in treating breast and gynecologic cancers. Dr. Wiebe is an Associate Professor in the University of Alberta faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, and a Radiation Oncologist at the Cross Cancer Institute.

Dr. Wiebe participates in multi-disciplinary tumour boards, clinical trials, and collaborative clinical care. Her academic interests include MRI-guided techniques, and quality of life outcomes. Her research portfolio includes contributions to international studies (e.g., the EMBRACE portfolio), and optimizing cancer care with risk-adapted cancer treatment strategies. Dr. Wiebe is the local Radiation Oncology Site Lead in Breast Cancer, with responsibilities in developing guidelines and local programs. On a national level, Dr. Wiebe is the past-president of the Canadian Brachytherapy Group, and currently the secretary-treasurer of the Canadian Association of Radiation Oncology.
