Michelle Hart

Dr. Michelle Hart is a Family Physician who has worked General Practice in Alberta since 2003. She has an IUD Clinic where she performs consultations and insertions of long acting birth control (for teenagers to peri-menopause), hormone replacement therapy, and symptom management of menopause.

Dr. Hart is happy to provide eConsult advice on dysfunctional uterine bleeding, menopausal symptoms, including genito-urinary syndrome (dryness, dyspareunia and urinary frequency symptoms), vasomotor symptoms, and hormone replacement therapy.

Dr. Hart completed her MBChB in Pretoria, South Africa in 2000, before practicing rural obstetrics with cesarean section privileges in Daysland, Alberta. She is currently practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine in Calgary, with some shifts at the Cochrane Urgent Care. In addition, Dr. Hart is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Calgary.
