Dr. Zain Rajabali is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Alberta but practices in Calgary as at Access Orthopaedics. He completed his medical school and residency training at the University of Alberta, and obtained his Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists (CSCN) diplomate in electromyography. He has completed independent training to gain special competency in image-guided interventional pain management procedures.
His clinical focus surrounds fluoroscopic- and ultrasound-guided interventional pain management for spine and other musculoskeletal conditions, as well as electrodiagnostics (EMG/NCS). His clinical goals emphasize evidence-informed, function-focused care for patients and is prudent and intentional with his use of interventions.
Dr. Rajabali hopes to support those on Alethea with practical guidance on assessing and managing spine-related pain, peripheral neurological symptoms, and non-surgical musculoskeletal pathology.
